Small is Beautiful: The public stack and how to fund it

Live stream – tomorrow (Thursday) 5PM Cork (UTC +0) / 12PM New York (UTC -5) / 9AM San Francisco (UTC -8)

Join Sander van der Waal, research director at Waag, alongside Martine Delannoy, Chief Foresight Officer for the City of Ghent and Karl-Filip Coenegrachts from Cities of People as we discuss what the public stack is, why it’s necessary, and how we can fund it with public money.

@aral You mean hypothetically, or is there a plan? Just curious..

@gert There are many plans. The last barrier is public funding and adaptation. Cities need to start putting money on the table if they care about public infra online.

Too bad I can't join tomorrow. Would have loved to see if @aral can actually moderate a discussion on a topic he's so passionate 'bout ;-)

@dosch @gert Who says I’m moderating? :) We’re just having a chat.
