I can get behind the idea of intentionaly deciding *not* to grow rapidly and "taking over the world", but rather find the right size for your endevaour and build trust with the people you serve. I have experienced this with my tiny business, making user friendly websites for doctors offices in Norway. They are so thankfull for the support I offer by phone and email, which apperantly is rare these days.
