Please, do tell me again about self-regulation, and how corporate behemoths are inherently good (but sometimes – oops! – make mistakes), etc.

@aral hope this helps contribute to the striking spectrum/charter workers' Peoples Communication endeavour get looked at seriously when tendering for city housing and school projects. Last I read they were ready to scale as soon as they aren't just shut out by nepotism and monopoly.
