That sounds generally sensible (after less-sensible behaviour in the recent past), but I'm kind of suprised to see that a company apparently "owns" Audacity. What do they want with it and how do they plan to use it to earn money?
There are scenarios where that sort of thing is completely fine but e.g. the recent excitement about Freenode has me a little concerned.
