You are definitely not alone.
There could be many more who sign this manifesto, but these people only see the Big-Tech corporate web in their daily lives which they believe is the real internet.
I often ask people if they know what the internet and the WWW are? To this they most often respond; Google, Facebook, Instagram and online stores that they know the address of. It's pretty sad.
