@aral At the end of WWII we, the Allies, literally went through the list of proposed charges and crossed off all the stuff we did too. It's not that they weren't bad but that we didn't want to face any consequences for them if the law was going to be administered equally.
Given a choice between unaccountably doing bad or accountably doing good, we have historically always chosen to do bad.

@aral The war criminals are also in the American government. They just want the ICC and ICJ to become like their courts, a shamelessly unethical and politically steeped mess.look at their judicial system it is horrible
