@aral well, now we know where their interest was all along. I suppose, better now than later, and I'll pay close attention to mastodon in the meantime. They're on the verge of destroying this thing too, but it has deep roots, and it's not so easy to expunge as they think, let them try I say, deep roots aren't reached by the frost.
@aral Aral, please tell me that you're kidding now. Because I truly don't get why the heck should I follow those people-cheating duchebags and even use their crappy, unfriendly, ugly platforms to read some another bunch of lies they are spreading notoriously out there. Yeap.. Sarcasm yes of course, but nothing else except for that.
@aral please tell me this is a parody?
@AstaMcCarthy Do you even know me? :)
(Hint: read the hashtags.)
@aral it was more wishful thinking than a question
@AstaMcCarthy Ah, you meant the Social Web Foundation itself, not my post; gotcha :)
@aral I refuse to believe they are not on ActivityPub. This must be a mistake.
@mray Did anyone say they’re not on the fediverse?
@aral You are right. I was just so flabbergasted by the possibility and got taken away ... Mozillas behaviour makes me question anybody lately.
@mray Indeed, and as you should: as they’re partnered with Meta.
