Anyone know what the heck is up with Virgin Media’s Dublin Aorta network?

Seeing intermittent 100% packet loss which is pissing me right off while trying to get work done.

Update: reported the issue and asked them to escalate.

@aral I've struglled with Virgin broadband for 3 years and was forced to take an extra ADSL from plusNet next to it, which was slower, but at least I had connectivity when Virgin went down. For Virgin, internet is amusement.
