@aral This is sad, bit it's not the first time iRobot has gotten involved with things of a dubious ethical nature. I think they even made some prototype war robots (not just bomb disposal) and one of my favorite talks about the ethics of robotics mentions the company. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=giKT8PkCCv4

Also, this isn't just a privacy concern. It's a security issue. If people know the layout of your house and where the valuable stuff is located then it becomes easier to rob.

@bob @aral @Technowix Your house should still be secure, even if the bulglar knows it's layout, where the expensive stuff is, and the models of your door locks.
