On the General Architecture of the Peer Web (and the placement of the PC 2.0 era within the timeline of general computing and the greater socioeconomic context)

Just wrote a thing on my thoughts on the Peer Web and where I see us going with #Hypha.
@aral I don't understand the line "On the Peer Web, if your always on node works without JavaScript, it is centralised". Can't get my head around it. Sorry for the miss-understanding. I'm new to decentralized.
@david i.e., you can implement functionality either on the client or the server (or both). If your web app’s primary (data requiring) functionality works without JavaScript, it means you have a privileged server-side node that is doing the processing. And thus your system isn’t decentralised as it depends on that centralised node for primary functionality.
@aral I am officially picking up my quill tonight.
@aral Love this article! Very informative and inspiring. I can't wait to see what Hypha becomes! :)
@revkellyn Thanks so much. (And me too) :)
@aral another fantastic article! Thanks for fighting the good fight:)
