Oh, would you look at that, macOS Sequoia has tiling with gaps that almost exactly matches what I’ve been using for years on Linux and now on macOS.¹
I *almost* could use the defaults now (I still use Moom as I like my gaps a little bigger.)

Update: I was going back and forth between calling the personal social network Place and Yarn. In the talk, I refer to it as Yarn. As I’ve been working more on it, I’ve reverted to its original name, Place.
@aral but I still haven’t figured out how to bind OS-wide hot keys to this. Why is macOS so reluctant to let me use my keyboard?
