There is no "working with" Trump. He sees the world as win-lose. If someone has something (eg Irish pharma), he wants to take it.

@aral Pharma is embedded in the Irish industrial complex. They are currently building a massive extension to the Pzier plant in West Dubin and further expansion has already started. No industry worth it's money is going to pack up and leave Ireland and spend billions building new plants in the US. He's completely no idea how this works.
