@aral No I missed the detail about the blind, but I can see how some braille description might be useful, I still can't see how a visual depiction helps the blind or sighted for that matter.

Those sandwich boards that indicate Wet Floor need a marker of some kind and an indicator on the board outside the toilet for the blind or the unaccompanied blind person would trip over the sign.
