We’re not going to get out of this simply by voting with our wallets, but still, we might at least try and hurt the fuckers in the only place they feel any pain…

(And don’t get me started on “European Values”. No, we don’t get a gold star while letting refugees drown off our coasts and being complicit in the Israeli genocide of the Palestinian people. We’re just not fully fascist yet and might just avoid it… maybe. It’s a pretty fucking low bar.)
@aral Agreed.
Brother
@aral Great list, pretty extensive. There are a few dodgy services, like Spotify, but if you are going to use services with murky ethics might as well be European ones I guess
@asterisco Or, y’know, we can do better.
@aral Sad but true... the AfD, Law & Justice, Fico, Orban, LePen, Farage... among dozens of others. The world is under threat. Send this around to any who want to see how this played out in earlier years. Oh and welcome to Peace in our time... 24 Sept 1938...

@aral Ouch! But necessary.
@aral nice initiative and great list.
@aral Honestly I'd say not fascist is the baseline? Like not murdering. That's not a low bar, that's basic humanity. You do not get a cookie for basic humanity.
@FishNamedDog Exactly.
@aral Thank you for that last part. I see a lot of people encourage buying european as if that's somehow anti-fascist and a completely moral stance but a lot of people ignore what you've listed. I still agree with avoiding US products, but the EU shouldn't go off free.
