Those who were enthusiastic about Starmer - largely because he wasn't officially a Tory - had to overlook his character. His character has been on display for a very long time. He's a deeply nasty man, and we have known this for years.
His supporters have to pretend otherwise and look away. His time as DPP. The profoundly dishonest way he came to power. His lies about anti-semitism. These are matters of character.
Labour is a party of shame and fascism now.

Why are people reporting this as though it involved Quakers... their only connection is that they rented out a small room to a group they have no connections with!
