I get that youtubers are desperate enough to dig up debunked year old rumors to spin, but why am I also reading new headlines from supposedly "media" about this debunked 404 #CMG microphone tapping story? It was based on a grifter's pitch deck, did not hold up to inspection.

I suspect that this has been used by #cmg #coxmediagroup to listen in to my conversations for ad targeting purposes. They call this #activelistening

I call it #surveillance capitalism.
