Sam<p>I am very happy with my new work laptop. Johannes Lucia :potion_nonbinary:<p>Does anyone have an opinion on the <a href="https://anarres.family/tags/Framework" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Framework</span></a> Laptop 16? Especially if you are going to use Linux?<br>I'm currently thinking about whether it would be a good successor to my current laptop. It would be more expensive than what I would otherwise consider, but I like the concept and an RGB "keypad" could also make some nice gimmicks possible.<br>But do I (presumably) get a good usable product or is the device probably also a hobby, at least at the beginning?</p><p><a href="https://anarres.family/tags/FrameworkLaptop" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>FrameworkLaptop</span></a> <a href="https://anarres.family/tags/FrameworkComputer" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>FrameworkComputer</span></a></p>

It makes sense to expand the lineup to include a more powerful 16" model, and the back module is a super cool way to tackle graphics.</p><p>I am bummed that the new Framework Laptop 13 display retains the same non-integer-scaling HiDPI resolution, though… that's literally my only complaint with the laptop.</p><p><a href="https://frame.work" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="">frame.work</span><span class="invisible"></span></a></p><p><a href="https://mastodon.blaede.family/tags/Framework" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Framework</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.blaede.family/tags/FrameworkComputer" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>FrameworkComputer</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.blaede.family/tags/FrameworkLaptop" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>FrameworkLaptop</span></a></p>
