@aral Going to the independent record store pick up some independent records and publications. Afterwards support the young punk bands at a punk show.
Then to balance that, take a day for random walk in the city and take some pictures of buildings, cause that's something i do occasionally.

I’m always tempted by records and getting a record player but also don’t want to accumulate more stuff so it’s a quandary :) I do love intentional/slow process of picking what to listen to, listening to a whole album in order, etc., versus the immediate availability of everything at anytime on streaming. Like I said… a quandary :)
@aral It is a peaceful moment, where i shut down and just enjoy; no distractions, no worries.
I also do that with streaming. Purchasing the records is more of a support the artist thing (streaming rips them off) than owning the object itself.
Sometimes i also listen to the sounds outside, mostly the wind in the tree leaves and birds. I find that to be similar to the record listening, as there is peace and time seems to stand still.
