@starlabssystems Hey folks, I can’t test this as I’m on an atomic OS but this might fix the trackpad not being disabled issue on the Star Lite:
Add the following to /usr/share/libinput/50-system-starlabs.quirks:
[StarLabs StarLite Magnetic Keyboard]
MatchName=*Keyboard
MatchUdevType=keyboard
MatchDMIModalias=dmi:*svnStarLabs:pnStarLite*
AttrKeyboardIntegration=internal
If that fixes it, can you pls open a PR to libinput for it.
@starlabssystems Basically, I have a hunch it’s the same issue that the Framework laptop was suffering from (the keyboard being seen as an external keyboard instead of internal):

Disable touchpad when typing does seem to work for me already on my Starlite (running ubuntu).
Actually it seems to behave the same with that setting on or off in gnome settings - always disabled when typing... hmmm
