Important. Keir Starmer’s Labour Party are not spineless. They are, with stiffened spines, pursuing precisely the hateful anti-trans politics they always intended to pursue. They simply needed the imprimatur of a juridical precedent to legitimise taking such a path. Cowardly? Yes. Spineless? No.
