If we still want to store all the worlds cats in goop-form we could use #romania 's parliament. Although I am not sure Nicolae Ceaușescu had this in mind when commissioning the building I bet he always wanted there to be a cat.

With 2.55 million m3 it can easily hold our 2.4 million m3 of cats in goop-form. Although it will be a hindrance to government processes it might be a boom among the instagram crowd.
